SummerFest

The event is a four day long (Tue-Fri) bonanza with live music, food, drinks, photo-booths and buzzing with activity. Our schedule covers a lot of ground with clubs expo days, Speed Friending and ending with our most coveted event, our Start of Uni Party! Attendees will primarily be in the 18-25 year old bracket looking to make friends and begin their uni year right. We would love you to be a part of it! 
 

With over 55000 expected attendees, this is the chance to be a part of the busiest and largest UMSU event of the year!! Each day has a diverse program attracting over 10,000 students daily. 

 

SummerFest is YOUR chance to: 
✌️ Be part of the largest on-campus social event of the year 
✌️Build brand awareness and maximise exposure 
✌️Promote online to over 55,000 students via our digital platforms 
✌️Engage face to face with Australia’s future young professionals 

As the festival takes shape, we are looking for brands, businesses and other organisations who are interested in getting involved as sponsors or promoters - your interest will help us to shape the opportunities on offer!  
 
Possible opportunities include: 

✌️Promotional stalls 

✌️Brand activations / Pop-up stores 

✌️Food trucks and market stalls 

✌️Sponsorship packages for festival or individual events
