With our specially curated promotion packages get all the attention with the biggest foot traffic. We are here with an exclusive opportunity that you don’t want to sleep on.
Gold Sponsorship Package:
- Cost: $9200+GST
- Social media posts x 6
- Newsletter – email distribution, 2x spots during Winter Fest, 4x spots during Semester 2
- 3 Days Booth space at the event for brand promotion.
- Option to distribute promotional materials or branded items to students.
Add-On: Logo and name displayed on all promotional material, including social media, flyers, and posters. Mentioned as the gold sponsor. $300+GST
Silver Sponsorship Package:
- Cost: $5500+GST
- Social media posts x 4
- Newsletter – email distribution, 2x spots during Winter Fest, 2x spots during Semester 2
- 2 Days Booth space at the event for brand promotion
- Option to distribute promotional materials or branded items to students.
Add-On: Logo and name displayed on select promotional material, including social media, flyers, and posters. Mentioned as the silver sponsor. $300+GST
Bronze Sponsorship Package:
- Cost: $3500+GST
- Social media posts x 1
- Newsletter – email distribution, 1x spots during Winter Fest/ Semester 2 (As per availability)
- 1 Day Booth space at the event for brand promotion
- Option to distribute promotional materials or branded items to students.

In-Kind Sponsorship Package:
- Cost: Varies
- Detail to be discussed upon application.
Stalls include a 3x3m space. For an additional fee-Marquee, expo umbrella, table, 2 chairs and/or power may be able to be provided.

Our WinterFest event days will be featuring performances, campus tours, fun games and activities, interactive experiences and displays showcasing more than 200 UMSU departments and clubs. It’s the perfect opportunity to promote your business to thousands of eager humans.
