Welcome to WinterFest 2025, our mid-year orientation festival designed to connect with students both returning and new. Exhibit alongside our programming, free lunches, and esteemed Clubs Expo (exhibiting over 70 clubs per day!).

By becoming a sponsor of this event, you’ll have access to extensive promotional opportunities and be able to connect with a diverse and dynamic student audience.

FESTIVAL PARTNER — GOLD

Hybrid Package | $10,000 + GST

As a WinterFest Gold Sponsor, your organisation will gain significant visibility through UMSU marketing and promotional materials. This opportunity allows for a more bespoke activation meaning you will have the largest impact during the festival.

 

23 July - 24 July 2025:

  • Bespoke activation space in the festival site for both days of WinterFest.
  • Include promotional products in your activation.
  • Contribute giveaways for UMSU Welcome Bags at no extra cost.
  • Brand logo on WinterFest microsite and printed collaterals.
  • Includes a complimentary online advertising package (1 static post on Facebook and Instagram during Winterfest + 1 eNews*/article during Semester 2).

Hybrid Package | $3,500 + GST - $4,500 + GST

Deadline to apply: 20 June 2025

 

As a Silver Sponsor, you’ll have more space to activate during WinterFest, enhancing your engagement opportunities and allowing direct interaction with attendees.

 

1 DAY: $3,500 + GST | 2 DAYS: $4,500 + GST:

  • A pop-up activation space/booth (up to 6x3m per day).
  • Include promotional products in your setup.
  • Contribute giveaways for UMSU Welcome Bags at no extra cost.
  • Brand logo on WinterFest microsite.
 

FESTIVAL PARTNER — BRONZE

Hybrid Package | $2,000 + GST - $2,500 + GST

Deadline to apply: 20 June 2025

 

Become a Festival Sponsor and enjoy the opportunity to set up stand-alone booths on campus, allowing you to connect directly with UMSU audiences while showcasing your brand.
