Graphic Design Club

Is graphic design your passion? The Graphic Design Club is a fun, inclusive environment for graphic design students, other BDES kids at Southbank, friends and anyone else interested in the field.

We run a range of events for all those who take the tram down St Kilda Rd, from Waypost parties to gallery visits, social hangouts and educational events. If you love Helvetica, smooth bezier paths, well-kerned headlines and grid layouts, you’ll be at home with us.

Club Aims:

  1. To promote the study, practice and appreciation of graphic design at the University of Melbourne.
  2. To create a strong student community among graphic design students and other Bachelor of Design students based at Southbank.
  3. To provide opportunities for graphic design students to share their knowledge, interests and creativity with others.
  4. To create links between students studying or interested in graphic design with the wider design community in Melbourne and beyond.
  5. To advocate on issues that matter to graphic design students and other Bachelor of Design students based at Southbank.
