Music Students Society

The Music Students’ Society (MSS) is the official student club of the Faculty of Music, providing social activities for members, and educational (and moral) support for students. Its membership base is mostly undergraduate music students, but anybody from any faculty or study level is welcome to join! The MSS is a perfect opportunity for students from all degrees to meet new band members, teachers, composers and performers… or just share their love of music and socialise with like-minded people.

The MSS holds regular free lunches, and other fun events such as drinks nights and concerts. Our major social event is the Spring Ball in second semester, which is discounted for members. We also support students through orientation, so feel free to reach out!

Membership: $5 for the whole year. Join via our linktree below, or at our next event. Hope to see you there!

Club Aims:

  1. To liaise between staff and students.
  2. To concern itself with any matter which is in the interests of members in their study of music.
  3. To organise social, musical and educational activities for members.
  4. To facilitate musical opportunities for members.
