Trying to form a healthy schedule? Wanting to burn down those excess fats? Love challenges?

Say no more, UMSU International has the perfect event for YOU!

This event will feature a range of fitness classes, ranging from pilates to yoga, KPOP to Urban dance classes. There will surely be something for everyone!


Our Pilates Classes are designed to strengthen and tone muscles, as well as to burn excess fats. 💪The classes will also incorporate elements of Tabata or HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to help shape the ideal body of your dreams!

Join us for a Yoga Flow. The first three weeks will be Vinyasa Classes and the fourth week will be a Yin Yoga Class. There will be a variety of themes to expand your mind and body connection. Join us and learn how to develop your awareness about your feelings and how to lead yourself to a calmer and softer state of mind.

P.S Yoga Mats are available for hire. They will be $10 for a week or $30 for one month(inclusive of $10 deposit). If you like the mat, you can use the hire fees to purchase the mat for just an extra $5 with its total value of $35. There are several colours to choose from! Rent it from The Yoga Place: located on 203 Victoria Street, West Melbourne, 3003, just 5 minutes walk from Queen Victoria Market.


In Collaboration with UniMelb KPOP Club (UKC) and Flare Dance, we will be bringing you an out of the world experience to groove along to your favourite Korean Pop Songs or contemporary music! You can stay Fit while dancing to your favourite BTS song😉
