Brilliant introductory subject to linguistics - I enjoyed every topic covered. It would have been good to see some more focus on historical and comparative linguistics, especially since there aren't any later subjects committed to this topic, but other than this, I found the knowledge I learned from this subject to be great preparation for the second year linguistic subjects I've taken since.

Brilliant introductory subject to linguistics - I enjoyed every topic covered.
