Rehearsals: 9am – 5pm, Sat 7 March
FREE Performance: 6pm – 7pm, Sat 7 Mar, Guild Theatre
The Roles
Writers – selected for their skill, imagination and nerves of steel
Directors – a mix of experienced student directors plus some reckless newcomers
Actors – As many performers as are prepared to take on the exciting task of performing a play after only 5 hours rehearsal
How it Works
After a short briefing on Friday, the writers stay up overnight and write a short 10-minute play.
The actors and directors meet at 9am the following morning to read the plays over breakfast.
They then rehearse from 10am-5pm. Then there is a quick technical rehearsal. And at 6pm the plays are performed!
