Hello and welcome to CHAS! That’s the Cosmic Hitchhiker’s Appreciation Society, for those of you not “in the know”. We like Douglas Adams. And towels. And that wholly remarkable book, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Oh, and various other renowned humorists. And a good cup of tea. Did I mention the towels?

We are thrilled about meeting all you wonderfully exciting people and thought we should celebrate with one of our world famous and widely acclaimed* screenings!

Come on down to the Alan Gilbert Building – Theatre 4 – at 10am, on Friday the 26th of February, for a bumper block of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (the 1981 televisual version, to be precise) and Graham Linehan’s I.T. Crowd.

Be there or be square. Yeah. Take that, Euclidean geometry.

Looking forward to it, Chaswegians!

*DISCLAIMER: Not actually world famous or indeed “widely” acclaimed, but allow a man a little poetic license. Unless said man is, in fact, a Vogon.
