Hi everyone!

Hope you are enjoying this week so far!

I am very excited to announce that This Sunday (22nd of March) we are having our first off-campus Let’s Talk event! As you may have seen in the previous email, we have planned many special events for this semester.

Our first special event is City Walking Tour! There are so many places to visit in Melbourne. This Sunday we are going to walk around the Melbourne city and show you some nice places around in Melbourne.

We will be meeting in Sunday morning at 10 am at Queen Victoria Market. Queen Victoria Market is much more than the city’s fresh-food shopping mecca – it’s a historic landmark, a tourist attraction and a Melbourne institution.

After that, we will walk to Hosier Lane. Melbourne is known as one of the world’s great street art capitals for its unique expressions of art on approved outdoor locations. Hosier Land is one of the most well-known streets for street art in Melbourne

Then, we are going to have lunch at a restaurant together. We have not decided the place yet but please let us know if you have any recommendations!

We are going to go to National Gallery of Victoria after lunch. This museum is popularly known as NGV and it is the oldest public art museum in Australia with a collection of over 70000 works.

Last place that we are going to visit together is The Royal Botanic Gardens on the south bank of the Yarra River.

From The Royal Botanic Gardens we will take the tram back to the CBD and our tour will end in Federation Square. By the time we arrive at Federation Square, there will be a free multicultural festival happening. You can go to the festival after the tour if you are interested.

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a valid myki with you in case you need one.

If you want to join us, please send us an email by this Friday.
