Talk Theme: The Buddhist path is grounded in an ethic of compassionate living. Through ongoing practice we create a compassionate orientation and a life-style that is intimately connected to well-being and flourishing. In this free public talk, Thupten Lekshe with share insights and practices from Compassion Focussed Therapy and the Buddhist tradition.
