Feminist Action Collective

The Feminist Action Collective is run by the UMSU Women’s Department and aims to advocate for feminist causes.

This collective will run fortnightly at 3:15 pm on Thursdays. To register follow the link:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

This collective is open to all unimelb students – women (trans and cis), non binary people and allies.

Please note that transphobia, racism, ableism, classism, fatphobia and misogyny are not acceptable in this space, as well as any other form of discrimination not listed.

We acknowledge that this event is held on stolen lands, and that sovereignty for this land was never ceded. We’d like to pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. We’d also like acknowledge that sexism has disproportionately affected Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and non binary people, and that they should always be at the forefront of our feminist activism.
