Join writer Cynthia Troup in a Generative Writing workshop that links mindfulness with the practice of writing. Cynthia will guide participants through a series of activities and techniques that emphasise openness to the mind’s natural creativity, and awareness of the body. Participants will also explore ways to improve their stamina and imagination for writing. The workshop is applicable to all forms of writing and accommodates all skill levels.
