Honouring the ancients is considered a tradition of some form in just about every culture – be it solemn rituals or silly parties. In this case, we will be paying homage to those crazy Romans by appropriating their garment of choice – the toga!

Come down to Joe Napolitano A between 1 and 3 PM for free food, drinks, and general merriment, regardless of whether you want to complain about how difficult it is to learn Latin or just want flaunt your membership of the senatorial class by wearing old sheets.

We will provide some ‘togas’ for general use but naturally encourage you to bring your own; nothing too fancy as we don’t expect you to have to heavy sheets to and from campus.
