Folding Yarns and Talking Paper

Where origami and stand-up comedy collide!

A long time ago back when the world was still a beautiful place, Victor Sun’s year six English teacher said to him “Origami is probably a passing fad, you should pick a more worthwhile hobby”. Well, it has been 13 years and Victor still folds paper every day with self-described “questionable results”.

This Mudfest, join Victor through magic of Zoom technology as he folds paper and spins yarns about his experiences with life, love, and the universe. Considering spinning yarns and folding paper were just about the only two things he did at home for most of 2020, let us all hope he is somewhat good or passable at both of these things. Who knows, maybe you too will get hooked into the ‘passing fad’ that is origami?
