UMSU International is proud to bring you free Yoga & Pilates Sessions this week to help you relax and destress with the ongoing Mid-Semester Tests.

Pilates Classes

Pilates Class will be held this Wednesday. The class will incorporate elements of Tabata or HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training). In these classes, your cardio level will increase and hence, shred down the fat and helps to shape the body of your dreams.
