Meditation is a great way of reducing stress, increasing mental and emotional stability and sharpening the mind. It is a great welfare activity that can be enjoyed by all students!
You can find us in the Training Rooms on Level 3 of Union House. And if you like it, join the UMSU Welfare department with their regular weekly classes, also free! (no excuses, ahem…)
No sign up is required to take part in each class, but places are limited so arriving early will make sure you avoid disappointment.
