This event will feature a range of fitness classes, ranging from pilates to yoga, KPOP to Urban dance classes. There will surely be something for everyone!
Our Pilates Classes are designed to strengthen and tone muscles, as well as to burn excess fats. 💪The classes will also incorporate elements of Tabata or HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to help shape the ideal body of your dreams!
