Lockdown means that a lot of students are physically distancing. UMSU International and CAPS are bringing you a series of workshop to help you get through this difficult period.
Workshop 1: Managing Loneliness

With the end of the semester exams fast approaching, students will start having to deal with exam stress and anxiety. Given the unique circumstances, we are in, some of the usual coping mechanisms or studying hacks/habit, i.e. studying with friends, are not viable. We want to share ways you can deal with stress and anxiety while physically distancing.
