YCS will be having an AGM in 5 days’ time to elect the new leaders for YCS! We welcome everyone to attend and run for a position to become part of YCS Committee 2015/2016!

According to YCS Constitution we will be electing the following positions during the AGM:

a) An executive consisting of: 

i) the President, who shall be a Melbourne University student;
ii) the Vice president, who shall be a Melbourne University student;
iii) the Secretary, who shall be a Melbourne University student;
iv) the Treasurer, who shall be a Melbourne University student;
 

b) Non-executive members consisting of eleven general representatives in the following portfolios: 

i) One Event Team Manager, who shall be Melbourne University students;
ii) One Volunteering Team Manager, who shall be Melbourne University students;
iii) One Sponsorship Team Manager, who shall be Melbourne University students;
iv) One Marketing Team Manager, who shall be a Melbourne University student;
v) One Event Team Assistant Manager, who shall be Melbourne University students.
vi) One Volunteering Team Assistant Manager, who shall be Melbourne University students;
vii) One Sponsorship Team Assistant Manager, who shall be Melbourne University students;
viii) One Marketing Team Assistant Manager, who shall be Melbourne University students;

 

If you are interested to run for any of the aforementioned position, please kindly attend the meeting and prepare yourself with a 3 minutes speech. Nominations will be called out at the AGM. As such, you can either nominate yourself or self-nominate during the meeting.

Reminder: Please present your student card and YCS membership card upon arrival.
Food will be provided during the event.
