What is your goal for the event? Make your intent as clear and concise as possible.

2. Who is your audience?

WHO are they? HOW would it benefit them? WHY should they be interested?

3. Info hierarchy aka When everything is bold, nothing is.

Less is more, so identify the key points in your message: Title/header, subheader, body copy, “call to action”, date, time, location.

4. Visual references/Concepts

The look of the design speaks louder than words. Find examples from other media that will help us understand your vision.
