During semester time, venues are allocated to student theatre groups through a Venue Allocation process. Theatre Groups may apply for 1 or 2 week seasons in either the Union Theatre or the Guild Theatre.
Venue allocation is run in April and October for the following semester. All currently affiliated groups will be notified when venue allocation has been opened and the application forms will be available online.

Applications Due: 5pm Monday October 7, 2019
Allocation Announcement Meeting: Friday 2pm October 18, 2019 in the Union Theatre (compulsory)
