During semester time, venues are allocated to student theatre groups through a Venue Allocation process. Theatre Groups may apply for 1 or 2 weeks seasons in either the Union Theatre or the Guild Theatre.
Venue allocation is run in April and October for the following semester. All currently affiliated groups will be notified when venue allocation has been opened and the application forms will be available online.
Sem 1, 2018 Venue Allocation Dates
Venue Allocation Opens: Monday 18th September 2017
Application Deadline: 5pm 29th September, 2017
Meeting with Artistic Director (compulsory) – email firstname.lastname@example.org
Venue Allocation Announcement (compulsory): 4pm, Friday 13th October – Guild Theatre, Level 1, Union House. All groups must provide a representative at this meeting.
Failure to discuss your application with the Artistic Director or attend the allocation meeting could jeopardise your chances of being granted a space.
