During semester time, venues are allocated to student theatre groups through a Venue Allocation process. Theatre groups may apply for 1 or 2 week seasons in either the Union Theatre or the Guild Theatre.
Typically Venue Allocation is run in April and October for the following semester. In 2021, this process happens in May/June for the second semester.
All currently affiliated groups will be notified when Venue Allocation has been opened and the application forms will be available online.
