Venue Allocation

During semester time, venues are allocated to student theatre groups through a Venue Allocation process. Theatre Groups may apply for 1 or 2 week seasons in either the Union Theatre or the Guild Theatre.

Venue allocation is run in April and October for the following semester. All currently affiliated groups will be notified when venue allocation has been opened and the application forms will be available online.

Sem 1, 2019 Venue Allocation

Applications Due: 5pm October 5, 2018

Please make a 15-minute meeting time with the Artistic Director, Petra Kalive before the application due date to discuss your application –

Allocation Decision Meeting (compulsory): 2pm, Friday October 12th – Guild Theatre, Level 1, Union House. All groups must provide a representative at this meeting.
