On Campus Support

If you've got a question, ask an UMSU rep. You'll find us around the Student Precinct proudly wearing our fabulous UMSU tees!

So, don't be afraid to say hello and ask us for help. We can point you in the right direction (which will generally be our wonderful Info Centre).

Info Centre is your first port of call for any enquiries about OWeek@UMSU. Have you lost a bag, need some help with directions, or need a mask? Then come and say hello to our friendly team at Info Centre. We're here to help.  The Mothership Info Centre is located at:
📍Level 1, Building 168, University of Melbourne
⏰ Open 9am–4pm during OWeek
📞 (03) 8344 6966
Got a scratch? Come and grab a band-aid or, for anything more serious, have our trained staff treat you in the OWeek@UMSU Info Centre marquee on Monash Rd or at Info Centre, Level 1, Building 168, University of Melbourne.
Lost something while you were hanging at OWeek@UMSU?

Contact the University of Melbourne's Lost Property service by emailing lost-found@unimelb.edu.au to report your item as lost.

FAQs

Most of our OWeek@UMSU events are being held in and around the Student Precinct located on UniMelb's Parkville campus. There are also events at the Southbank and Burnley campuses. Locations for all OWeek@UMSU events can be found on their Events Calendar listing.
We do recommend that all UMSU events have vegan, gluten free, halal options. We also recommend that allergens must be listed and labelled.
The list of which clubs will be present at each day of the Clubs Expo are available on their respective event listings under "What's On"!.
Some events may require tickets. These events will be marked as "Registrations Required".

You can find the ticketing link for an event on its calendar listing. Head on over to What's On.
If you're no longer able to attend an event, you can request to return your ticket by contacting the event's organiser. You will find a 'Contact Event Organiser' button within your confirmation email that will allow you to do this.

Since some of our events have limited capacities, returning your ticket ensures that your spot can go to another student, so we'd highly recommend you do this as soon as you can.
Make sure to follow UMSU on socials (Facebook & Instagram) and sign up for our regular (spam-free!) eNews here here!
