Join Melbourne based DJ, broadcaster, event producer and cultural curator, Mz Rizk for a free DJ workshop covering everything from gear selection and music curation to refining your technique and building connections. The workshop will showcase the latest in DJ Technology supported by Store DJ offering discounts and giveaways.

WHERE: Meet at the Arts Lab, Level 1, Arts and Cultural Building, Monash Road, Building 159 (MAP), next to the George Paton Gallery.

MzRizk is a Lebanese-Australian DJ, Programmer for Brunswick Music Festival and has taken her distinct sound to global stages, including Glastonbury, We Out Here, SOLE DXB, and more. Beyond DJing, MzRizk is an influential event producer and curator, championing MENA, SWANA, and LGBTQIA+ voices through projects like Habibi Hafla and Art Souk. Her long-running radio show, Boogie Beat Suite on PBS106.7FM, has been on the air for over seven years.

Mz Rizk will teach participants the art of selecting and mixing using the latest equipment to prepare themselves for stepping up behind the decks at the next festival or club night.
