When: Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th October 1-3pm

Where: Meet at the Arts Lab, Level 1, Arts and Cultural Building, Parkville.

Join artist Yanni Florence for a two-part photography workshop that will teach a range of photography techniques and put them into practice with a group project that aims to photograph the trees at the University of Melbourne! This is an accessible workshop for all skill levels. You can bring along your digital, film, or phone camera and explore the Parkville campus with an eye on nature!

Yanni Florence, co-founded, edited and designed the seminal art publication Pataphysics Magazine. He completed a Bachelor of Architecture at RMIT and he has eight published photographic monographs: Self Conscious, 2009; Southland, 2014; Animal Life, 2014; Street Porn, 2014; Immolation, 2015; HE IS IN THE CITY, 2017; Tram Windows, 2019; and Trees and Fences, 2023. His work is in the collection of the NGV and he is represented by the ReadingRoom.
