Robogals Melbourne

We aim to inspire, engage and empower young women into engineering and related fields by delivering interactive workshops for primary and secondary school students.

 

Robogals Melbourne is a student-run volunteer initiative with the aim of increasing the amount of females in STEM, especially engineering! We hold free workshops for primary and high school kids focused around Lego EV3 Robots. It’s a great way to meet new people, learn great new skills (all training + equipment provided) and do something fulfilling and awesome in your spare time. EVERYONE is welcome!! 

Club Aims

  1. To encourage girls to pursue STEM careers.
  2. To train university students to run robotics workshops in schools.
  3. To run workshops in metropolitan and regional Victoria.
  4. To increase Robolgals’ presence and awareness in the wider community.
