Engineers Without Borders University of Melbourne Chapter invites you to attend our Special General Meeting (SGM). At the SGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for new committee members, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.

This SGM has been designed to allow our impartial Returning Officer to organise the voting system in advance to ensure a swift and smooth running of the SGM. It has also been designed for those of you who are unable to attend the SGM but still wish to run for a position. There is the opportunity to nominate on the day of the SGM, but to help the SGM run smoothly we would prefer if you nominate beforehand using the above form. We want to reassure you all that the process for nominations is impartial, fair and transparent.
