Dear members,
MUnGA would like to invite you to our Special General Meeting (SGM) being held on Monday 25th March, where we will elect 6 new general committee members.
Below are the details for the SGM:

Location: Dual delivery
In person at the Sidney Myer Asia Centre PAR-158-L1-116-Flexible Learning Space and via Zoom
SGM Reason: To hold a new election for MUnGA General Committee members due to vacancies in this position.

We encourage all of our members to come down and vote on passing this motion, which can be read in the SGM agenda which is attached to this email.
We have also attached a copy of our constitution.
We encourage all of our members to get involved with the club as we continue running events for the rest of this year!
The positions up for election at this SGM include: Up to 6 General Committee members
General committee positions may be self-nominated. Only 2024 financial members up to Monday 18th March 2024 are eligible to participate and vote in the election, we will be monitoring attendance via Zoom and its meeting functions.
