We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Andrew Lock, who is a world-renowned Physiotherapist, speaker and the strength rehabilitation professional to many of the world’s biggest athletes and their coaches. With over 100k followers on Instagram (@andrew_lock_strength), Andrew has provided guidance and consultation to a varied clientele, spanning from royalty and celebrities to elite athletes. Additionally, he has instructed law enforcement and emergency services organisations, including the Australian Defence Force. He will host an enriching workshop focused on advancing your knowledge of Low Back Pain with the best evidenced-based practice. We will journey into understanding spinal anatomy, biomechanics, assessment, management and related strength and conditioning. He has created many unique and successful rehabilitation protocols that are recognised globally. We are privileged to have him run this workshop to offer his invaluable insight into the assessment and treatment of low back pain.
