De-stress Dance

Presented by UMSU Creative Arts and Union House Theatre

At this stage due to Melbourne’s snap lockdown no in-person events will be taking place on campus. However, please watch this space for updates based on public health advice.

Let’s all get up and groove together to shimmy and sashay the stress away! That’s right, De-stress Dance is BACK and right when we need it most as we boogie our way into Semester 2.

Join us online for a dance sesh with some fellow movers and shakers, listening to a specially curated playlist and embracing that footloose and fancy-free life. There are no rules, everyone is welcome.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nations as the Traditional Owners of the land upon which we live, work, and learn. We pay our respects to the Elders past, present, and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded. This always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
