With special guest artist Emma Riches
Grab a friend and come along for some lunch time fun and fitness. Join Emma Riches (Melbourne based dancer and Barre / fitness instructor) for drop in fitness sessions during September. Drawing from yoga, Pilates and contemporary dance you’ll work on core strength, flexibility and cardio. Finish off each class with relaxation and meditation. Free to join and no experience necessary!
Emma Riches is a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher currently based in Melbourne, Australia. Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Dance), Emma has worked with many independent artists and has created work for several contexts including Melbourne Fringe Festival, First Commissions project (University of Melbourne) and the M1 CONTACT Contemporary Festival in Singapore. Emma’s extensive teaching experience spans both the dance and fitness sectors. She is a qualified Barre instructor, currently working at Aleenta Barre and has taught at several dance studios across both Victoria and New South Wales. Emma is passionate about sharing her knowledge of the moving body through a welcoming and inclusive environment.
