Hi MUARCC’ers,

We will be having a Special General Meeting (SGM) next week. At the SGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.

The agenda with all the activities that are occurring can be found attached along with the constitution below.

Executive Positions Available

  • Treasurer: responsible for the club’s account and for checking grant payments as well as submitting applications for payments on time.

General Committee Available

  • Events Manager: Assist in organisation and running of various events as well as helping in other roles, where needed.
  • Marketing Manager:The marketing team takes part in decision making, problem solving and event planning with the rest of the team. You get the freedom to exercise your creativity and turn your ideas into actions.
