Spaces Available For Students:

Affiliated Clubs and Societies can book Union House rooms for use during business hours.
Please allow 48 hours for your room booking to be processed.

Affiliated Clubs and Societies can book spaces up to three weeks’ ahead for a maximum of 3 sessions per week (9 hours a week). Each bookings has a maximum of 3 hours. Any bookings outside of this will be cancelled and a warning will be issued. Repeat offenders will have their permissions removed from the resource booker system and be required to request bookings by e-mail.

Union House building hours:

During Semester:  

Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 9.30pm
Saturday – Sunday: 11.30am – 5.30pm

Mid-Semester Break: 

Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 7.00pm
Saturday – Sunday: Closed

Public Holidays: Closed
