Sustainably when creating theatre sets and costumes is a big concern. Not only are we thinking about how to ethically (and cheaply) source things, but also what happens to sets and costumes after the show so they don’t just become landfill? How do you incorporate post-show planning into your design and build?
We all want to try and be as environmentally conscious as possible and making ‘green’ theatre should be everyone’s business, right? But where do you start?
Join Christian Tylor from Sustainable Theatres Australia and chat through the fundamental principles of green theatre design as well as practical tips and an overview of some of great resources to take away (digitally, of course)!
