Annual General Meeting and Screening 2024

Filmmakers Collaborative
University of Melbourne Filmmakers Collaborative hereby cordially invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future. Note that we need at least 20 members to be present at the Meeting for us to be able to continue as a club, so if you've enjoyed our events, please do come along and support us!
We will also be running an official screening session afterwards so you can watch all of UMFC's productions from last year!
These short films will be premiering for the first time during this event. Isn't that exciting?
The agenda with all the activities that are occurring can be found attached along with the constitution which lists all the committee positions available.

Committee positions available for nomination are as follows:
Executive Positions (must be filled):
· 1x President
· 1x Secretary
· 1x Treasurer
Non-executive Positions:
· 1x Social Media Officer
· 3x General Representatives
Please note that executive committee members must be Unimelb students. If you are interested in an executive position, you are highly encouraged (but not obliged) to find out more about these positions ahead of the AGM by contacting us at umfilmmakers@gmail.com.au; we will put you in touch with a relevant incumbent committee member who can answer your queries about the role.
