Speaker: Rhys McDonald, grade 2 cardiorespiratory physiotherapist at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne; guest prac tutor for year 1 cardiorespiratory pracs! Rhys graduated from the Melbourne Uni Doctor of Physiotherapy program in 2018 and has been working at St. Vincent's Hospital ever since. He's now a dedicated grade 2 cardiorespiratory physiotherapist working on the general medicine and cardiothoracic wards to name a few who is commited to make a difference in patients' lives. Rhys excels in his role as a clinical supervisor by guiding students through his invaluable knowledge on their acute placements. When: Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024 at 6PM Where: Online via Zoom Pop the date into your calendars if you’re interested in learning more about the nuances of specializing in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy!! This will be THE event for you if you’re considering applying for a hospital grade 1 position. We will cover topics such as career pathways and preparing for job applications, day in the life of a hospital physio and talk about non-clinical and leadership roles!!
