Students in Renewable Energy (SiRE) invites you to attend our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Come to support the club to run for another year and enjoy some free food as well!

At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year's committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been doing, and give suggestions for things the club can do better in the future. 

The available positions to be elected at this AGM are: 

Executive Committee: 

• President 
• Vice President 
• Secretary 
• Treasurer 

Plus 4 general committee roles.

If you are running for a position, please prepare a short 1-minute introduction for the AGM to introduce yourself and explain why you would like to run for the position so that we can all get to know you. You can fill out the nomination form above to nominate yourself in advance but you will also have the chance to nominate yourself or someone else on the day. If you cannot attend the AGM, but are still interested in running for a position, you will need to nominate yourself using the form and submit a 30-60 second video of yourself via the form by 6pm latest on the day of the AGM (Thursday, 19 September) to be eligible.
