Neurodivergent Student Society (NDSS)

This is a club that is currently seeking affiliation. If the club's affiliation is not finalised, any memberships purchased through the UMSU website will be refunded.

The Neurodivergent Student Society (NDSS) at the University of Melbourne is a welcoming and inclusive community led by and for neurodivergent students. We aim to foster connection, understanding, and empowerment through advocacy, peer support, and social events.

There’s no need for official paperwork or a formal diagnosis — if you identify as neurodivergent, you’re welcome.

NDSS is a safe space where your experiences are valid, your voice matters, and your presence is valued.

Club Aims:

  • To foster a sense of community among neurodivergent students at the University of Melbourne.

  • To promote neurodivergent inclusion within the university.

  • To raise awareness of minority neurotypes.

  • To challenge societal barriers that restrict neurodivergent students' full and effective participation in society.
