Card Crew

We meet up every Friday, typically 4 to 7, to play card games and catch up over food and drinks. We mainly play card games like Big 2, Poker, and Saboteur, but we are always welcome to try new games.

 

Card Crew is dedicated to learning and playing all sorts of card games. We hold weekly meetings where we teach and play card games such as Poker, Big 2, bridge, as well as other games like Dominion, Dixit, and so on! You can also bring your favourite board games if you want! We also organise friendly competitions and outings every now and then. To round it off, we have pizza and drinks each week, so come down to have fun!

Club Aims:

  1. To introduce various types of card games to students, across a range of traditional poker deck games to modern card games.
  2. To creatively adapt and simplify different games into card-game form.
  3. To create and maintain a friendly environment that welcomes and accommodates players of all proficiencies.
  4. To encourage all new players to further their interest in card games independently.
  5. Also, to develop players to a level of self-sufficiency such that they are able to introduce these games to other friends in social settings.
  6. The club will encourage members to socialise and form friendships amongst like-minded persons that last beyond the club.
