Classics and Archaeology Society

Have you discovered a love for Ancient Egypt?
Do you really just want to wear a toga?

If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’, then MUCLASS is the club for you! We aim to provide a combination of academic and social events for students of Classics and Ancient World Studies, and anyone else who has an interest in the area. Our activities range from reading groups to movie nights, from museum visits to toga parties.

Club Aims:

1. To foster a sense of community within the Classics and Ancient World disciplines,
2. To provide Academic support for students of Classics and Ancient Worlds studies,
3. To introduce students to broader areas of study, and;
4. To promote Classics and Ancient Worlds as an academic discipline on campus.
