Founded in 1925, the Melbourne University Liberal Club (MULC) is the oldest university Liberal Club in the country, and the home of free speech and centre-right values on campus.
We host weekly debates, every Monday of the academic semester, at 1pm in Arts West North Wing room 453, and go to the pub for drinks afterward. New members are always welcome, feel free to drop by!
The club has proudly maintained its intellectual independence from the Liberal Party ever since its inception, with members freely debating matters that have and will continue to shape the future of our country. As well as our weekly debates, we have a range of social and campaigning events throughout the year, and frequently host senior members of parliament.
