MUMSS is a club for both Macedonian and non-Macedonian students at The University of Melbourne which seeks to promote the Macedonian culture, history and identity among the university community.

 

The Melbourne University Macedonian Student Society (MUMSS) is a club for both Macedonian and non-Macedonian students at The University of Melbourne which seeks to promote the Macedonian culture, history and identity among the university community.

The club holds numerous events for our members which celebrate and promote Macedonian culture and traditions including delicious Macedonian food stalls, language lessons, guest lectures, restaurant outings and much more!

The club looks forward to welcoming all friends and allies of the Macedonian community to the University of Melbourne. 

Club Aims

  1. To promote the Macedonian cultural identity within the University of Melbourne.
  2. To represent, support and facilitate academic excellence among Macedonian students at the University of Melbourne.
  3. To encourage the use of the Macedonian language among fluent and basic level speakers.
  4. To bring together Macedonian and non-Macedonian students and assist non-Macedonian students in expanding their knowledge about the Macedonian community.
