Marketing Intelligence (MINT), a student organisation under the University of Melbourne Student Union, is created with the goal of enhancing students’ professional experience and to facilitate academic learning in a pragmatic way.


The organisation has four core teams with specialisations ranging from Public Relations to Marketing and Management, taking on real-world projects with companies and organisations. We will also be hosting some social events as well as some guest lectures to make the whole experience counts. Through these activities, students will not only have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, but also enrich their university experience!

Club Aims:

  1. To convey Marketing’s unique multidisciplinary and crucial role in organisational success, to spark passionate debate and inspire strategic implementation of it.
  2. To unearth the raw marketing talents among the students of the University of Melbourne and create future leadership in Marketing.
  3. To instil awareness to students about activities currently being undertaken in the forefront of the Marketing industry.
  4. To provide a platform to enhance students practical marketing intelligence by sharpening their research and problem-solving skills.
  5. To assist members in creating a personal relationship with the broader marketing or commercial community, and upon this develop a professional network.
  6. To promote members’ marketing strategies to the wider community and therefore give new impetus to marketing campaigns.
