Power to Change is a Christian community at the University of Melbourne dedicated to providing every student with the opportunity to explore Christianity, engage in spiritual discussions with like-minded people and experience the love of Jesus. We hope to equip future students to make a positive impact on their campus, and how to share the love and the good news of Jesus to those around them during their time on campus, and beyond campus.
We regularly run events throughout the week for community outreach to connect with our campus, discovery bible study to explore the question “who is Jesus” in a non-judgemental environment, House of Peace for community connection and much, much more! Anyone is welcome at our events
Club Aims:
To share the message of the Christian faith and connect people to Jesus through evangelistic initiatives and outreach events.
To build people up in the knowledge of Christ through the study and exploration of the scriptures.
To equip and empower students to be transformational leaders through ongoing training and discipleship.
To send equipped leaders out to make a positive impact in both local and global communities.
To foster a supportive community amongst students where students can form meaningful relationships, and find support and encouragement with their faith journey.
To improve the quality of campus life through semesterly social events to better connect students with one another.
