This is a club that is currently seeking affiliation. If the club's affiliation is not finalised, any memberships purchased through the UMSU website will be refunded.

               

Power to Change is a Christian club at the University of Melbourne dedicated to providing every student with the opportunity to learn and experience Jesus' love, and connect with each other and form new friendships. We hope to equip future leaders to make a positive impact on their campus and beyond, and form lasting friendships to support one another. Our club runs regular community outreach events and discovery bible study, leadership development, as well as campus socials. We welcome anyone to join and connect with us over yummy meals!

Club Aims:

  • To share the message of the Christian faith and connect people to Jesus through evangelistic initiatives and outreach events.
  • To build people up in the knowledge of Christ through the study and exploration of the scriptures.
  • To equip and empower students to be transformational leaders through ongoing training and discipleship.
  • To send equipped leaders out to make a positive impact in both local and global communities.
  • To foster a supportive community amongst students where students can form meaningful relationships, and find support and encouragement with their faith journey.
  • To improve the quality of campus life through semesterly social events to better connect students with one another.
