Week 2 Screening: Fleabag (2016)

This week 2, TV lovers, we're crawling out of hibernation and watching series 1 of acclaimed British comedy-drama Fleabag! Come along Thursday from 6 pm onwards to the Latham Theatre for delicious free pizza and drinks, followed by the 6 episodes, which come to 152 minutes total.

Adapted from showrunner, writer and star Phoebe Waller-Bridge's play of the same name, Fleabag follows a sardonic and fourth wall-breaking young woman as she drifts through life in London whilst coming to terms with a recent tragedy. Currently marking the 10-year anniversary of its original release, the show has already cemented itself as an influential classic, and is among our committee's favourites.
