Dear club members,
Student Institution of Mihoyo Players has invited you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to, and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.
The agenda with all the activities that are occurring can be found attached along with the constitution which lists all the committee positions available.
