Uni life can feel like a lot.
Between assignments, deadlines, part-time work, and trying to maintain a social life, it’s easy to feel stretched, distracted, and overwhelmed. Most of us just push through, but rarely get a chance to properly reset.
This session is your chance to pause.
In just 60 minutes, you’ll be guided through a simple, enjoyable experience designed to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more focused... without needing any prior meditation experience.
We’ll ease into it with some light, fun activities, followed by music meditation to help your mind slow down and recharge. No pressure, no awkwardness—just a relaxed space to reset.
What to expect:
• Easy, low-pressure games to help you unwind
• Guided meditation with music
• A calm, welcoming atmosphere
• Free vegetarian & vegan lunch after the session
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or just need a break from the noise, you’re welcome to join.
