Uni life can get intense—deadlines, classes, constant thinking.
This session is a chance to pause, breathe, and reset.
Join us for a guided Kirtan experience, a simple form of meditation using live music and mantra. It’s easy to follow, deeply relaxing, and surprisingly uplifting. You don’t need any background in meditation, just come as you are.
What to expect:
- Live mantra music (Kirtan)
- Gentle, guided meditation
- A calm, welcoming space
- Free vegetarian/vegan lunch after the session
Whether you’re feeling stressed, curious, or just want to try something new, this is a space to unwind and feel lighter—right here on campus.
