You are all welcome to attend our 🎊Annual General Meeting (AGM) + Games Night 🎮🎲
The time has come again to say goodbye to the old and welcome in the new. At the meeting, we will be reflecting on this year’s activities and achievements.
This will also be a chance for you to nominate yourself or someone you know for the 2025/2026 UMCPC committee! Even if you’re not running for a position, please come along to vote and have your say in the club’s future. We need at least 20 student members to show up or the club will cease to exist…

* The General Committee positions depend on the constitutional amendments being adopted at the AGM. Please see the current and amended constitution, as well as the proposed amendments.
Note: All nominees must be a UMCPC member (sign up here), and all nominees for executive positions must be University of Melbourne students.

- To nominate yourself or others, please fill out this form
- You may also make a nomination at the AGM
- All candidates will be required to give a speech to introduce themselves and their motivations to the AGM attendees. You will have 90 seconds to speak if running for one position and 150 seconds if running for multiple. If you’re interested in running for a position but can’t make it in person, you can still participate by sending in a short video speech. Please send your video to this email.
🗳️Voting
You must be a UMCPC member to cast a vote for the new committee. You can check the validity of your membership here.

- There will be free food🍕, snacks🍩, and drinks🥤so don’t miss out!!
- We will also play some📱mobile games (Clash Royale anyone? ⚔️👑) and 🎲board games🃏after the AGM to celebrate a successful year!
