CSA AGM 2023

Dear CSA Members,

We are writing to provide official notice of the upcoming Construction Students Association - Annual General Meeting 2023. The meeting will be centered around the presentation of various reports encapsulating the term of the 2022/23 committee, the review of the current Club Constitution, and the election of the 2023/24 CSA committee!

Date: Wednesday, 9th August 2023

Time: 06:30 pm - 08:00 pm

Location: Online via Zoom (see link below)

Eligibility: The meeting is accessible to all 2023 CSA members at the University of Melbourne.

As per the Constitution, members are considered those who have signed up for CSA membership - during 2022 this was done via the UMSU website and free of charge.

Election of the 2023/24 Committee

During the AGM, the election of the new committee for the 2023/24 term will be held. As a CSA committee member, you would be part of a dedicated team responsible for organising, co-coordinating and promoting events beneficial to our members throughout the year. It is also a chance to network with industry, faculty and the wider student community!

• Education Officer (Executive Member)
• Sponsorship Director
• Events Director
• Graphic Designer
• Marketing Lead
• Undergraduate Representative

If interested, please check Clause 4(b) & 5(a)(iv) of the Constitution for eligibility requirements. Nominations will occur at the AGM and only 2023 CSA members are eligible to vote during the election.
